How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery times vary based on your location. It takes 3-7 business days for CA, NV, AZ, UT, ID, OR, WA, MT, WY, CO NM, TX, OK, KS, NE, SD, ND; and 7-14 business days for LA, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, MS, AL, GA, FL, SC, NV, VA, WV, OH, MI, MD, DE, NJ, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, PA, NY, ME.

How do I track my order?

Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number and order details.

Are there any additional taxes or charges I need to be aware of?

Depending on the country/region of delivery, you may be required to pay additional taxes or fees such as VAT and/or import duties.

Will my order be delivered in multiple packages?

Your order may contain multiple packages and shipments, especially for larger, bulkier products.

Are there any additional charges for multiple packages and shipments?

There is no additional charge for multiple packages and shipments other than the final amount shown at checkout.

Refunds & Returns

How can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After the 2-hour window, we will no longer accept order changes. Please contact us at info@onltco.com as soon as possible for any changes.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days, provided that the product is defective, of poor quality, differs in design from the one shown on the website, or has different product information (model, size, color, material) than the order. Note that exchanges or returns are not covered if the wrong size is chosen due to personal preference.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, contact us at info@onltco.com to obtain your return approval. Make sure the item is returned within 30 days, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Follow the return process steps provided in the "Return Process" section above.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including shipping to the customer's address and back to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and orders with free shipping will be assessed as standard shipping. A 10% restocking fee will also be applied.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow at least 2 business days from the date you receive your confirmation email for your refund to be processed. The refund will typically be processed within 2-3 business days.

Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?

No, the recipient is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees required by their destination country. ONLTCO does not offer refunds or accept returns for the recipient's failure to pay customs fees or taxes.
