Return & Exchange Policy If you have any questions about refunds or replacements, please email info@onltco.com, and our team will gladly assist you 7 days a week.

Order Modification and Cancellation You have 2 hours to modify or cancel an order after completing and checking out. After the 2-hour window, we will no longer accept order changes. Please contact us as soon as possible for any changes.

To change your shipping address, please note that you can do so within 1 day of completing your order. Make sure to fill in the correct mailing address on the checkout page.

Exchange and Return Eligibility We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days, provided that:

  • The product is defective.
  • The product is of poor quality.
  • The product differs from the one shown on the website in design.
  • The product information (model, size, color, material) differs from the order.

Note that exchanges or returns are not covered if the wrong size is chosen due to personal preference.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Low-Quality Products We offer refunds and exchanges for damaged or low-quality products if:

  • The product is poorly designed.
  • The received size differs from the selected preference.
  • The received product differs from the one ordered on the website.

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos showing the incorrect, compromised quality or damaged product.

Return Process To return an item, please ensure it meets the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days.
  • In its original condition.
  • In its original packaging.

First, contact us at info@onltco.com to initiate a return and obtain your return approval. Then:

  1. Pack the item(s) to be returned.
  2. Mail the product to the U.S. warehouse return address we provide.
  3. Provide us with the post office or courier tracking number.

Send the tracking number to info@onltco.com. You will receive an email upon our receipt of your item, and we will notify you whether your request has been approved or denied.

Return Shipping Cost Shipping costs are non-refundable, including shipping to the customer's address and back to our warehouse. Orders with free shipping will be assessed as standard shipping.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds will be issued after the item has been returned to us and inspected.

Please allow at least 2 business days from the date you receive your confirmation email for your refund to be processed (processing time may vary).

Refund Time: The refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Customs Duties & Clearance In some cases, your destination country may require Value Added Tax (VAT), other taxes, duties, or customs fees. The recipient is responsible for these additional charges. ONLTCO does not offer refunds or accept returns for the recipient's failure to pay customs fees or taxes.

Customs clearance procedures may cause delays, affecting our original delivery estimates. ONLTCO is not responsible for any packages held by the National Customs Office.
