Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us within 2 hours after placing your order if you need to modify or cancel it. We cannot guarantee changes after this window because fulfillment may already have started.

30-Day Return and Exchange Eligibility

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery when:

  • The product is defective or has a confirmed quality problem.
  • The product received is different from the product ordered.
  • The product model, size, color, or material does not match the order.

Returns based only on personal preference or selection of the wrong size are not automatically covered and must be reviewed before authorization.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Quality-Related Items

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos showing the damage, incorrect item, or quality problem. Do not ship an item back until you receive return authorization and return instructions from us.

Return Process

Approved returns must be sent back within the 30-day return window, in their original condition and original packaging whenever possible.

  1. Email info@onltco.com with your order number and supporting photos.
  2. Wait for return approval and the U.S. warehouse return address.
  3. Pack the approved item securely and ship it using the return instructions provided.
  4. Send us the return tracking number.

Return Shipping Cost

For approved returns caused by a product quality problem, ONLTCO will cover the return shipping cost. No restocking fee will be charged for approved quality-related returns.

For returns that are not related to a confirmed product quality problem, eligibility and return shipping costs will be reviewed before authorization.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are normally processed within 2-3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
