LIMITED WARRANTY

1. General Terms

ONLTCO Products Warehouse ("The Company"), with over 5 years of experience in trailer parts, provides a Limited Warranty to the original purchaser ("The Purchaser") of our products ("The Product") that the Product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for the warranty period specifies ("Warranty Period").

2. Remedies

If the Product fails to conform to this Limited Warranty during the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either (a) repair or replace any defective Product or component; or (b) accept the return of the Product and refund the money actually paid by the Original Purchaser for the Product. Replacement may be made with a new or refurbished product or components, at the Company's discretion.

3. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, the Purchaser must call the ONLTCO Products Warehouse Customer Service Department during the Warranty Period to obtain a defect determination and service. If it is determined a return is necessary, a Return Authorization will be issued.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to the Product manufactured by or for ONLTCO Products Warehouse that can be identified by the trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-ONLTCO Products Warehouse hardware product or any software, even if packaged or sold with the Product.

This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non-ONLTCO Products Warehouse products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by ONLTCO Products Warehouse; (d) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of ONLTCO Products Warehouse; (e) to a Product or part that has been modified without the written permission of ONLTCO Products Warehouse.

5. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.

6. National Statutory Rights

Consumers in some jurisdictions may have legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods. These rights are not affected by the warranties in this Limited Warranty.
