Returns Policy

Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We accept returns for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as if you received an incorrect or defective item.

2. Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, please allow us 3 to 5 business days to process your return.

3. Bank Processing Time: Following our processing, your bank will require additional time to process our refund request. This typically takes about 5 to 10 business days.

Therefore, you should anticipate receiving your refund within approximately four weeks of shipping your return back to us. However, in many cases, you may receive your refund sooner.

Order Processing and Delivery Time:

We strive to process and ship orders from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) upon receiving full payment. On average, orders are processed and shipped within this timeframe.

For shipping destinations within the USA, we offer Free Economy Shipping. For those requiring faster delivery, we provide expedited shipping services at an additional fee. Please select this option during checkout.

2-7 business days for CA, NV, AZ, UT, ID, OR, WA, MT, WY, CO, NM, TX, OK, KS, NE, SD, ND

7-14 business days for LA, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, MS, AL, GA, FL, SC, NV, VA, WV, OH, MI, MD, DE, NJ, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, PA, NY, ME

We use various shipping services including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or other express carriers selected by our warehouse. Your order may arrive in multiple packages, especially for larger or bulkier items. Please note, there is no additional charge for multiple packages and shipments beyond the final amount displayed at checkout.
